Employees Want to Wear Long Sleeve T-Shirts with the Company Name

I was surprised when my employees asked for uniform tops at our last staff meeting. Many of my staff did not want to spend a lot of money on dress clothes and asked if they could order long sleeve t shirts that have our company name on them. I thought that it was a great idea and it would promote my business as well. I suggested that they agree on a t-shirt style and color before I place the order online. They agreed to take a vote on these two items before the next staff meeting and will let me know of the results at that time.
