Small Business in a Big World

We have been worried that our marketing strategies are not being effective.  We are a small business, and we are having to compete with a lot of the bigger businesses in the area.  To be honest, there are many days where it feels like they have their hands around our throats.  I feel like we need to restructure some things.  If we just make things a little bit easier for our selves, we will begin to really live and enjoy what we do.  I know that I need to have a simple copywriting system, so we can have a more effective marketing campaign that draws from our strengths.
