Great show and a great band!

I was sitting here last night with a couple of friends trying to figure out what do to this weekend. We are addicted to live band shows but are tired of the same old repetitive music gigs, so we weren’t sure what to do and really want to hear something new. Having luck on our side, we came across this all girl band from CT named, “Dear Daddy”. We listened to some of their music clips and it was the best female group I have ever heard!! The lead singer, Bek Phillips, is AMAZING! You HAVE to check this band out! Seriously, they are by far the best  band I have yet to come across!

Funny Guy Talks About Flossing

This is incredible dry humor.  I don’t know if you think the dry humor of Mr. Bean, Steve Martin, Jon Belushi, Demetri Martin, Monty Python or Borat are funny, but you’ve got to check out this video on YouTube.  This is a Funny Guy who also does ventriloquism as a career.  Apparently, this tape was recorded in 1994, added to YouTube in 2009.  Check out YouTube and go to the link above and you’ll be impressed.  Get ready for a good laugh.  Apparently, this “Floss Tape” is much longer – includes actual instructions on how to floss, etc. – but only the intro and history are added to YouTube.  Mabye Funny Dummy plays the remainder of the tape during the middle break in his funny comedy shows?  I don’t know…

Of all the extracurricular activities I participated in as a child, ballet dancing was my absolute favorite. There was just something about that form of creative expression that made me feel beautiful, graceful, and even womanly. Too Many Free Podcasts

My podcatcher is out of control. I’m now subscribed to over 200 shows, and there’s no way I can keep up with all of them. Half the time any more I can’t decide what to listen to, so I just end up vegging out with random music or something.

Four years ago I thought free podcasts were the coolest thing in the world. Now it’s gotten to the point where I actually wish they would charge me so that I’d have to decide which ones to drop.

Never thought that I’d be complaining about anything being free of charge, but there ya go.
