Pre-Qualified for a Home Loan

After going online to a Mortgage Comparison site, I learned that I was pre-qualified for a loan. My income and credit history will allow me to borrow enough money to buy a starter home. This is very exciting news to me. I am ready to get out of this cramped apartment and into something permanent. I plan on finding a realtor right away, so that I can take a look at all of the houses that are available in my price range.
