You can do so many different exercises and have them be very effective by way of curcuit training. In the 80′s alot of people where caught up in aerobics training and curcuit training is a big part of that way of training. You can really zero in on your target muscle groups with a good curcuit. When you are performing these exercises you should really only have a couple seconds in between the exercises. This will keep the intensity level through the roof. You can get a flat stomach.
