Microwave ovens (just like the top anti aging eye creams) are increasingly becoming more sophisticated with more one touch options and presets. I like the stainless steel one we bought because it does have all the modern features we wanted. I cook a lot and I needed one that could defrost numerous things the right way with actually cooking the food. Our previous microwave wasn’t very good, it either cooked things too much or not enough and there was no middle ground. This microwave heats up things very thoroughly and doesn’t leave them burnt on the outside and cold on the inside.
