Mother’s Roast Chicken

My mother is a one of a kind cook you won’t see anywhere else. She really loves using her kitchen appliances. Take the microwave oven she owns, for instance. She’s possessed it for many years now. In her opinion, it’s the best microwave oven ever. It’s not very comely, but it’s extremely large. She wanted to roast a chicken one time but didn’t need a large, hot oven, so that’s why she bought it. Roast chicken is one of my family’s most favored foods. I myself believe a chicken is better if it’s roasted in a real oven. At any rate, her chicken always tastes nicer than mine for some reason.
