The reason it’s so important is that stress can easily destroy the loving bond between two people. When we let our relationships stress us out, we quickly become overwhelmed and start to feel a disconnect between ourselves and our partner. Because this is such a serious problem, make sure you set aside some time to cool down and reconnect when you feel life’s stresses start to take their toll on you. Your relationship depends on it.
