Friend joined the ARES Club

My friend joined a new club and he told me that I might like to check this out. It is the local Ares group and they are going to be starting some amateur radio disaster training courses. He told me that this type of thing is something I would really enjoy and that I should come with him to the next meeting. This does sound interesting, so I think I am going to look up the club and check them out.
