Nice LG LV5500 TV

After reading an lg lv5500 review  I finally decided to buy on for myself.  Bottom line is this is a great TV. Remote is easy to use and intuitive. There are a huge number of picture adjustments for calibration purposes with a ton of inputs, and super slim design. The image is nice and extremely sharpe.  The built-in wifi is great which allowed me to browse the internet.  The “Cinema” mode isn’t bad but I recommend you turn off the auto back light (this feature turns the back light off for dark scenes). The more expensive LED TVs have a “local dimming” back lights that might be less noticeable but I couldn’t tell a difference and they cost a lot more money. Power consumption is very low (as is the case with all LED TVs) and the viewing angle is amazing – especially for an LED TV since this is usually where plasmas reign supreme (at 2 times the cost).
