If you have enjoyed the summer beauty of Algarve, then catch one of the many Algarve Flights to see the beauty of its carnival in February. Considered as off season, you can visit Algarve during this time to enjoy the quite beaches, the spectacular country side along with all the fun and gaiety of its carnival. The carnivals are generally held in the weekend leading to Shrove Tuesday and can rival Brazil’s famous mardi-gras parades. Loule is one town famous for their carnival; but you can see other towns and cities in this region as each has their own style of carnival.
