Excellent Service Down Under

Last summer, my family and I were lucky enough to take a trip to Australia.  We stayed in a sydney hotel that just could not have been any nicer.  I loved the continental breakfast they provided us downstairs each morning and the staff was so very nice.  One day as we came down to start our day of site seeing, it was raining.  The desk clerk called us a cab and even gave us his personal umbrella to take along with us.  We are planning on writing a letter to their corporate offices so that they can get internal recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty in our opinions.
